This tool will weed the weeds by pulling or covering them thanks to the vibrations emitted by the teeth in the soil. It will be effective on the first 2 centimeters. To maximize your results, it is therefore necessary to have a flat surface without large clods, a dried soil, and to avoid crusts of beating and heavy soils.

For optimal effectiveness, several days of dry, sunny weather will be needed to “burn” the uprooted plants.

There are two types of tine harrows: heavy and fine. Adaptable to the single or double hoe and the scalp com. The heavy harrow has more rigid and aggressive teeth that allow weeding between the rows. These teeth are recommended for heavy and stony soils.

You can also use this tool in addition to the weeding blade for quality weeding using the second tool assembly.

Please note, the springs of the heavy tine harrow must not be used over delicate crops such as carrots!
