The Zon EL08 operates on propane fuel and requires a 12-volt battery (not included).
*The EL08 cannon can be used with a variety 12V batteries with different Ah capacities. The cannon consumes approximately .053 ampere per day. A fully charged 30Ah battery will power the cannon for about 2 months.
The EL08 battery cables feature Faston tabs for quick connection to the flat blade type terminals found commonly on SLA batteries. For your convenience, we also offer an adapter to connect the cables to a standard car-type battery with post terminals. A commonly available battery we typically recommend is a SLA 1056.
*A full 20 lb (5 gal) propane tank will produce about 15,000 detonations as long as the battery is providing power.
