The Gandy Multi-Purpose Applicator allows you to apply fertilizer, granular chemical, seed and small grains. Operator can easily configure applicator from one to four outlets by simply sliding out the shaft and removing or installing metering wheels and cups. For unused outlets, blanking plates are provided to seal outlet openings. Includes 3 different metering wheels: Black full-rate metering wheels for granular chemicals and small seeds like alfalfa, canola, etc. Red metering wheels for fertilizer and small grains such as oats, wheat, barley and rice Yellow high-output metering wheels for fertilizer. Equipped with a stainless steel metering housing, a standard bolt-in agitator is included to assist in product flow. The positive displacement design means that when the metering stops, all flow stops. For easy clean-up, a snap-tite clean out plug can be quickly removed allowing material from the hopper to empty. Runs on a 12-volt electric motor.

Berge Ferjulian of Ferjulian's farm is a tinkerer. With the purchase of a 520 tractor, he made some modifications and additions of his own. He added his own power steering module as well as modified the mounting system of the Gandy in order to have it face a different direction. Listening to people like Berge is something we believe very deeply in at Tilmor. So much so that we actually implemented similar mounting for the Gandy in our kits and have since added parallel cultivators to our line up. Thanks for making your tractor your own Berge and helping us better serve others because of it! Empowering farmers to grow healthy food for their communities by being the best place for them to discover equipment and information they need in every season.

Follow along step-by-step as we assemble the Bulb Planter. This video shows how to put the components together so you can get your planter ready for use

Get an introduction to the Bulb Planter and see how it makes planting bulbs faster and more consistent. This video covers the main features and how it works in the field. The single-row bulb planter is a rolling manual tool, allowing onion bulb transplanting operations to be carried out. This manual tool is designed to make your work easier via its rotating tray distribution system (patented system). Transplanting, which was previously manual, becomes mechanized with this planter that can be adjusted in just a few minutes. You can easily manage the height of the sleeves, the planting density per meter, the planting depth, empty the tilting hopper, disengage the planting control, and move the next row marker. • Empty using a tilting hopper • Manage planting density per meter • Disengage the planting control • Move the next row marker • Manage planting depth • Manage the height of the sleeves This bulb planter is ideal for farms transplanting 100 to 1100 pounds of bulbs per year.

In this quick start guide for the Parallel Cultivator, Ryan Thiessen gives first adjustments and tips to prepare for fine tuning in the field. The parallel linkage cultivator was designed to maximize precision and offer higher tool performance than rigid toolbar mounts. The parallel linkage allows vertical flex to keep consistent depth cultivation over ground contours. The gauge wheel in each row rolls over the ground to cause the linked cultivator to adjust. Finger weeders can be added to flick out weeds in the crop row without damage to the established crop. Adding A-Blades or Vegetable Knives will vibrate vigorously to shatter and aerate soil, knock soil from weed roots, and leave weeds exposed on the soil surface.
