Packages under 70 lbs. are to be shipped: UPS (United Parcel Service) GROUND, COLLECT, Use Tilmor account# 8591X3. The use of UPS “Hundred Weight” service is encouraged where it applies.

Shipments from all States and Canadian Provinces are to be shipped via one of the following freight carriers. Please contact Tilmor Purchasing (330-985-0007) prior to all first shipments to identify the best carrier.
SAIA, FREIGHT COLLECT.
ABF Freight, FREIGHT COLLECT.
XPO Logistics, FREIGHT COLLECT.

Carrier to use will be indicated on the Purchase Order. Please contact Tilmor Purchasing (330-985-0007) prior to all first shipments to identify the best carrier for your location.

Contact Tilmor Sales (330-985-0002) when the shipment is ready so that the BOL can be created for you. If you create the BOL, it is crucial to indicate that the Shipper is "Tilmor In Care Of YOUR COMPANY NAME" and Billed to Tilmor. Your warehouse is set up with these two freight carriers under Tilmor contract in order to receive the best rates. DO NOT use "Third Party" or "Collect".
Notify prior to delivery, Liftgate, and Residential accessorials required on all Freight Shipments unless instructed differently by Tilmor.
