The Champion Seeder is designed to direct seed into plastic mulch. Beans, sweetcorn, and beets are most commonly planted with the Champion and seeds are placed every 6 1/2 inches. Growers have found the robust design provides them with many seasons of labor saving use. Seed metering is accomplished with the EarthWay meter model 1001-B.
